Ok you are doing a site that will include scripts and tutorials for websites with ZERO knowleadge about it ? I would understand if you would make it for portfolio or something like that, but wtf...

Yes there's a huge difference in the first one and the one you have now, much better.
Try some ajax or query string ($_GET) as your pages. It gives a lot of people the impression that your site is fancy =)
I don't like sites with html pages or pages that appear to be html, except 4chan =D
