Yes there's a huge difference in the first one and the one you have now, much better.
Try some ajax or query string ($_GET) as your pages. It gives a lot of people the impression that your site is fancy =)
I don't like sites with html pages or pages that appear to be html, except 4chan =D

Yeah, I feel the same :P. .php pages look much better. And mod_rewrite even more :P.
But laylout looks much better, with the JS/CSS menu ;).
LOL its still bad. the JS rollovers are horid learn CSS. aswell as its tacky and in tables
