Yeah pretty much that. Sick and tired of optimizing shit for older shit.
Don't need super computer to run decent browser. Nor decent computer cost a lot. i5 laptop with 6gb ram for $400... or i3 for $300. I mean come on...

Should of mentioned that there is modernizr. Should take care of most problems. Maybe, I guess. Don't have awesome browser to test it out

That was just a joke since you seem to have it out for IE users lol. It is a pain having to do all these extra tricks to get stuff to show up properly in IE. I would love it if most people realized how bad it is and just switched to Mozilla or Chrome.
