I did, and mine sucked because he was an idiot, But realy I dont care.

All i did was use my prior knowlegde and used 1 tutorial on how to use the adress bar (to enter a web address to goto)

Urm, you used IE for this right? So you didn't build a browser, you simply used IE explorer and gave it a different look'n'feel.

I rate this 2/10
Just a button in Visual basic that allows you to add Internet Explorer into your app.
So it is in fact, a stripped down, crappy looking version of IE7 with the stock logo and a notepad.
Also, you spelled browser incorrectly and there is no tabbed browsing which is the number one thing in all web browsers these days.
Again, I rate this 2/10
