The design is a little bit .. greenish. But it's okay. Thats , for the colours. Besides typing errors, you could try and make a more organized website. The "Site map" page is not required there, since you have the navigation panel "Home, Downloads" . I also suggest, if you want to keep learning WebDesign, to start viewing CSS. It's a good help for webdesigners and after you get the hang of it, you'll see how good your layouts start to be. Try making the navigation panel letters a little bit small and get more information to your website, so it can be complete.

Strange code, horrible design. Don't try too hard to make a fancy design, just make something simple with nice colours and a decent header.
