    I like it, maybe you could style the scroll bar since you're using frames, would add a awesome effect.

    Do that' or make the tables expandable. You should also change the navigation image links so when you scroll over it changes.

    I can see you've learned inputting iframes within your pages, although I can't suggest that way to begin with because you'll get used to using iframes instead of presenting a web page efficiently. Just to remind you that iframes aren't necessary for page coverage, it's inefficient.

    i usually dont use iframes, i just decided to use iframes for this site because it was simply easier. im not really developing this layout anymore, simply because its to dark, ill probably make a new one in the next couple days.

    It looks awesome, but do something about the scrollbars. Perhaps replace them with a javascript slider. Also, try to slice less and utilize the advantages of transparent pngs. Oh and learn more css. Tables are for amateurs.

    Any way good, like the color combination, but the content looks weird. Use ajax or jscript instead of frames.
