Mobile Generic Mobile Game Server Files

Hi guys,

Anyone know the source of such mobile games that always spawn in AppStore/PlayStore? A lot of them are duplicate, has generic art style (like Dragon balls, Digimon, etc) and mostly just do micro transactions.
Are they from a paid source?

Example:

Decisive Moment: Incredible
Summoned Evolution: Fight

Both games are different but share the same art style and has the same UI/UX.

99% of them are done with prebuild kits using unity. There are plenty of sites where you get CG stuff (like whole templates to start with) and unity is free so anyone can do an app in about 60 minutes even without coding skills.
