Actually, he is right. If you cannot follow a bit more complicated tutorial, without braindeadly following a video, and not succeeding in it this way, that you are sadly not worthy to run this server for your own sake.
based on my own experience, i used to be a person that lazy at reading, but i tried reading the readme also asking for fix when there's problem, i finally can run the server, you guys should try to be like me
