Sorry to tell you this, it's not worthy to make a private server of this f2p game. There is an offline version of this game.

You can play offline with any version that has AI on it, just use this command right at the login screen;

StartGame practice 123 map:caldavar mode:botmatch all heroes:true

NOTE: You'll have to right click on a hero that you want to play, otherwise it won't choose any hero at all.
