How do I create a Lunia Z offline server?

Hi! I dont know if this is the right place to ask but I was just wondering how do I create a private offline server for LuniaZ? I just want to play as a single player and make changes to the game for my liking. I dont know how to do any of that. I was wondering where do i start, what i should do, and what are the things I need? Thank you so much!

If it's the same as others then you need the full client, emulator and resources then change its IP address to 127.0.0.1 as a localhost IP address. You have to find all the files that needs to change the IP Address yourself if you have those files.
