Karos/Rosh Onlin - Server Files Help

Hi,

We are trying to do a free server of Karos/Rosh and we need help about this file, we have no idea how to open it, could someone help us?

I'd like to state that this file can't be opened as it's more of an addition file which goes into somewhat of a certain directory; as it has no actual server files or any kind of source

- It's an extension or additional file.

We cant do much with this file. Need the server to see what it's loading.
