Hi my friends, I am looking for the Raycity Client in English version
Resolved : I found the tool for Extract/Repack JMD I'm also looking for a tool to repack the JMD files.
Everything works well : AI, traffic, NPCs, Quests, Cash Shop, ...
I will share with you the Server and Databases if someone gives me an English Client V 1.590 and more.

If I remember correctly, most things are translated in database, even game texts(like car inventory).
