The server files were most likely either taken from E3 or someone from Wanmei / PWE decided to give them out -hush hush- but with the release of War of the Immortals, BoI will eventually become obsolete so you should be expecting someone to just throw out the files so they can get their hands on WoI... once again will probably be stolen from E3 or from PWE / Wanmei... or you can do it the fun way and crazy search through giant chinese BBS for the files.
