[Request] Could someone look into making a server for Pandora Saga?

Pandora Saga was a great game, and I met a lot of the friends I still play games with on it. It had good massive pvp weekly, and a decent ability to customize your character for your playstyle. With the closing of all the servers except for the Japanese server, mostly due to bad management and overall terrible publishers (ie Atlus/Marvelous Online) there is no way to play the game. While some of us tried to play the Japanese server, we were arbitrarily banned based on an out of country IP after some time.

Could anyone look into making a server for this game, using this still existent and running japanese version? Links are as follows:
