This is maybe the best PvP systems out there for larger groups... There being 5 or 6 nations to chose from, people can work together to make one nation stronger, OR start one of the other nations, for opposition.
I'm a competitive person and a good strategist, so I'd end up being on a different side than the winning one, so I could try to work up to top dog, and help my side get stronger for wars.
That's something that's lacking on most MMORPGs today: Community helping their weaker members for war... :(
