Player throws nothing

I have a server created with different versions of files from the server and client addon and exe is by adam47.

But I can not take what I have in hand.

Is now on the exe or a file from the addon folder?

I notice this, I am going to try some of miraj's addons and such as i know his version u can throw objects, will let you know how i go. And if anybody has fixed this plz post and let us know! thanks.

EDIT:
I tried a few addons folders and still no luck, also tried dll folders, no luck. it may be the dta folders or the .exe not real sure.

Sorry to Necro,
But i have found that Melee is not working either.
Swords, Fists, Axe, i cant seem to swing or attack.

Is there a known fix?
