Before i start typing anything,read this below and run this on your risks.
I HAVE NOT TESTED THIS COMPLETELY.
The editor is in chinese right now,but ill see wwhat i can do with it to get it translated,it opens the latest swordsman elements successfully
(elements.data is located inside the data.pck)
This is not a creation of mine so the credits go to whoever created it,i just wanted to share it with you guys.
Inside there are 2 more editors,the first one won't run for me,idk why.
the second one seems to be a npcgen editor(npc placement and editing)
IMPORTANT:
there is vcredist zip inside,extract and install before you run the program.
The program must be run as administrator.
If you guys have the time please test it properly and letme know of the news.

P.S : its in .7z format so i guess use 7zip to extract.

List 31 will crash the editor. Also some others aswell,please type them below when you've figured out.
Since i've gotten the structure ill be building an english editor soon,once it's done it will be released publicly here,but i cannot promise anything yet.
