Hi i did everything in the guide w.o a problem but when i start server it gives this error.

Please help ive reinstalled everything over 20 times but still no luck in fixing this.

Also im runing this on a VMware with 32 gb ram i7 4770 500 gb ssd

my use Vmbox in windows 8 everything can run working and can play

when i move Vmbox to server and login client to character selection i got this error



my Vmbox after move to server(windows 2008 server R2) i increased 8 gb of RAM but still got same error.
please, any idea to fix this problem.
