Really weird problem, i got the same error since today. I had the server some days offline and the days before everything was ok, after a reinstall still glinkd prob and no fix idea in release thread worked.

the problem is with gdelivery it doesnt start and some other dont start either (forgot thenames) im gona leave swordsman until next release

I tried your repack, but same delivery problem

have you test set time zone to hongkong ?
Or reinstall os?

Now its working so far, I fixed it by select timezone directly in install of OS.
