try go to ur registry editor
> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Geomind <<<That 32bit
>HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Geomind <<<< That 64 bit

check it all detail in that
all must match with ur put file ur ip , ur sa ur password

what do you mean server name?? i dont have password and username in my sql so the UID is blank also the password

Your server name is usually COMPUTERNAME

btw username is "sa"

and password is the one you choose in mixed mode your mssql pass
