anyone know how to fix the problem purchasing items in item mall is successful but item mall invent is empty

is there a tutorial or anything for creating new accounts and setting them to gm (250) i see everything in mssql that has been said but alas cannot get it to work be it logging in or having gm control.
did get server up and working. any help with the account stuff would be great thanks

@Melwin if you read dbconn.php ...then you probably know that that script require mssql and mysql....i miss semut
