The loopback (127.0.0.1) is not valid for the database RohanUser.dbo.TServer entries.
Use your REAL IP address there and in your geomind registry entries. Sometimes replacing hostnames appearing in the registry settings with your IP address helps as well.

I read all the page one by one but still i cant connect to my msql database .. if anyone here has a good heart pls help me i have teamviewer or give me some clear instruction to follow :(

here is the image i cant open my map.id and i got this error. i already check my 32 bit registry my ip's especially in mssql, and i use 127.0.0.1..
btw my agent server running, dbserver is running, logserver is running, xampp is running, but MAP.ID and the AI server is error i cant open Both

Have you checked that directory location to see if the bin files are there? If they're not, copy the ones from your client folder into that location on the server.

There's an extra rohan folder. The mapserver is looking for c:\rohan\rohan\data\ but the files are in c:\rohan\rohan\rohan\data\
