go to mssql then rohangame then characterAbility and edit your stats maximum of 9999

Server Network Configuration > Protocols for SQLEXPRESS.

>TCP/IP > Properties.
IP2 YOUR IP
on IPAll.
TCP Dynamic Ports> EMPTY
TCP Port 1433.
