how to translate language

Few days age,I been created my own server at my home.
But I sufferd a problem..I can't recognize The Game message...
So I want to translate it,but I don't know which one is language file.
Does someone can teach me how to do it .

.bin files replace all of those
might be other places but those are all you should neex tyo replace really... do it server and client side
