I believe this isnt a bin edit and is in the source code which to my knowledge no one has.

Yep Rabbi is right. The only bin editable thing you can do with tsb is the winner's rewards. I think stuff can be changed without the full source code but it requires someone pretty smart who can edit the mapserver.

adjust Server Clock :D the easiest way to do that

Yes you could always try changing the server clock, find out when the current time your tsb goes according to YOUR time and adjust it accordingly to when you wish it to be.

Also take into effect that minor and major start at different times.

as we said here. All you can do is changing your server clock.

Because pservers are played globally, I used to set the server clock to GMT to be equally fair/unfair to all global players.

If you had more than one server you could tailor each to specific geographies, but if you only have one server no matter what timezone you set, someone will not like it and be crying at you incessantly for your unfairness. At least with GMT you are not picking a 'favorite'.

Plus it's easier to understand GMT as more people are able to work out the time difference.

I agree with the GMT considering any staff that would be running said server would not be playing said server the tsb times wouldnt effect them so having it at an awkward hour shoudn't effect them at all.

But I did hate playing a server when it was at some ass backward hour of the night/morning.

and where can you edit the server clock? and how do I know what timezone the rohanclient is using?

You set the server clock by changing the Windows server operating system clock.

You do not know what timezone the client is running.
