RaiderZ Ingame Console

Hey guys,
can someone tell me how i can open the Ingame Console ?
I tryed @cmdconsole ... and ctrl+shift+~ , ctrl+~ but it didnt work :c
Hope someone can help me thx <3 ( and yes i got grade 3 ) ^^

Is there some way to see what's going wrong ingame ? see what's happening when map's loading, missing resources... you know, kind of things other games console is used for...
