[Router Connection]How to configure the server to an external ip

Hi all. How to configure the server to an external ip using router TP-link ??

    My Router forwarding:

    Code:
ID Service Ports IP Address Protocol Status Modify
    1 80 192.168.0.100 ALL Enabled Modify Delete
    2 7201 192.168.0.100 ALL Enabled Modify Delete
    3 7202 192.168.0.100 ALL Enabled Modify Delete
    4 7500 192.168.0.100 ALL Enabled Modify Delete
    5 7502 192.168.0.100 ALL Enabled Modify Delete
    6 443 192.168.0.100 ALL Enabled Modify Delete
    7 8080 192.168.0.100 ALL Enabled Modify Delete
the local un 192.168 ... server is running fine! Connects to the server using the api (on windows). And the external ip is not connected, select a server on the server appears crawler that is not accessible (Connection timed out.).
