i think we need to find out the sp id code and then we can open all skills no?

You can find all skill ID's in here. Just search for skill and go over it. in google chrome, on bottom left side you should see link with ID in the end.
Other than that we gotta get @learnskill command working. Or maybe even find other commands

I use the 2005 and the 2012
to the 2005 files compiled in 2012 does not compile
