OPCODES in range of 5000 to 5999 are Only GameServer to User. As Arnie said, Auth Server and Query Server have no connection, atleast, you can say that the Auth Server is connected to the Master Server, and the Master Server connected to the Query Server, this would be the OP CODES:
AM_NOTIFY_SERVER_BEGIN = AM_OPCODE_BEGIN,
AM_HEARTBEAT,
AM_REPORT_LOAD,
AM_SERVER_CONTROL_TURN_OFF_ALL_NFY,
AM_LOGIN_REQ,
AM_LOGOUT_REQ,
AM_MOVE_REQ,
AM_KICKOUT_RES,
AM_ON_PLAYER_INFO
BUT there is no specific op code from master to query server to handle login req

master server?
Only auth, char, query and game-server is needed.

did i say it's needed? it only says what it makes, you can also have only one server
