A couple questions

So I started setting up server and then some questions popped into my head.
1. When I have to find mysql_wrapper.h I can't find it, there is only mysqlconn_wrapper.h. Is this one the right one?
2. Is it worth editing and trying to run virtual server (like adding functions and so) for offline?
3. In which file there are GM commands? Is it possible to enable them?

2. No -> Work on the actual server.
3. The only one that works is setspeed if you want the others to work. write the code for them.
