DBO Virtual Server load data form txt

You can load data from a txt dbo with the virtual server? I once read a comment on the post that said dbo source code to load data from a txt if possible can you tell me? I do not want to tell me that no longer works for the virtual work I want and if I can do it.

You can load data from text. if you had said text files.
those would be xmls. the RDFs are Binary XMLs basically you would have to write a converter to export them from
RDF -> XML again then you could read from text files.
