I'm atidote i'm respectful with people, i'll help you with pleasure :).

so the first thing to do is fix your database because you have an error, you need to use this line:

replace password by your, if you don't have use ''

grantallon *.* to'root'@'%' identified by'password'withgrant
option;

because as you can read there is a mysql error in the window.

You have to use it inside navicat, use " consol "

I have this problem already changed the ip of all the files and in the auth serves me this presents 192.168.178.23 not know where this is coming out and then the ip error and closes as the image will be that could help me if it's not imcomodo,
