Error with compiling Server and Client DBO source

Hey guys ,

I have a problem compiling the server and the client source , I think both related to the same problem ,
In both sources when compiling I get a lot of errors like :

error LNK2019: unresolved external symbol
fatal error LNK1120: 54 unresolved externals
etc ..

I have tried to use VS2013 - VS2010
I also installed Microsoft DirectX SDK (June 2007) and Microsoft DirectX SDK (June 2010),
boost libs also installed .

Can anyone please explain what i need to install and what libs I should include at the VC++ Directories ?
should I also change the Linker configurations ?

I would be thankful if anyone can help .

OK guys I have tried several ways and still can't get the compiling be successful ,

Installation and Compiling steps :
1) VS2010
2) service pack 1 for vs2010
3) latest version of directx (June 2010)
4) I have MySql installed
5) Installed mysql connector c++ and c .
6) Installed WAMP
7) Toolkit Pro
8) boost libs

9) I have opened the solution of the client
10) Include to the VC++ directories -> Directx SDK (June 2101)
the toolkit pro will be included automatically after you install it.
11) Clicked on build client

after a while i get 22 successful builds and 1 failed .
I get the error that cant find rpid.lib -> i found it and also include it to the VC++
and after that the same issue with -> zlib.lib , libjpeg.lib and GFx.lib .

At the end I get a lot of errors ...
Any ideas from here guys ? maybe I have included the wrong libs idk .
