lol.. Thats called Artificial Intelligence short AI.
Also you need to know how to use path engine for the npc and monster movements.
Good luck on that.
See this is the thing daneos, The mobs fight fine. They Continually fight, but the players hit once or twice then don't.
We already have the mob paths working now.
Nope you cant have the mob path working because you dont have the path engine dll and the path data.
All you have is a random walk and follow which can be abused and bugged. And for a working fight system is a correct movement system required.

yo but you dont have the files which pathengine requires.
And fieldinfo, tileinfo and path data is not on screen
