Can someone share any working RDF to XML converter for TW client table?

As far as I know there's no tool that converts RDFs to XMLs. The table RDFs are basically encrypted XMLs and we are already provided with the structure for each table within the source. All you have to do is use the RDF's corresponding structure. From there you just have to modify any value you wish.

THX! Actually, I want to modify the Chinese text, but Notepad++ cannot display the Chinese text properly in RDF format.

if u install language packs or try different version of notepad++ it should fix the text showing up wrong i guess, because it used to show me up some chinese characters as " ???" but then fixed

I think most of the translations is handled in the lang.pak files in the client. Although don't take my word for it, here, since I haven't tried translating the game at all.

adn you right, all the gui its translated via the lang.pak. (language pack) , text all data jsut translates teh text data, like names, descriptions, titles etc
