I have the same error with Auth & Char, goes to 192.168.178.23 but i changed all IP on Packets, ini and mysqlconn_wrapper.h, i'm usin Xammp server, thanks in advance.

so you didn't change all the ip in all the file....

the server not using a default ip...

if the server say 192.168.178.23 it's because 192.168.178.23 is in the source so stop and use the search
