help with interface.fdb

hello i want to edit interface.fdb iuse FDB Extractor tool to unpack it but idont have tool to repack if any one can help it would be great thanks.

thanks i have this program from old time but it didn't work with the interface.fdb when irepack iget error



ithink this repack only work with data.fdb

I packed skins for interface.fdb with this program.

PackageConv tool i dont have it but i read old articles and it seems its working
