I forgot one step. haha.. i did not run the .sql files.. i did run the schema.sql but not the .sql ;-)
I wanted to much to fast.. server runs fine now ;-) without hamachi.

Another question though.
The xp rates are very high, where can they be adjusted?.. we thought zonebase.ini
But it seems not..

But i gotta say.
This is one hell of a buggy ride ;-)
One moment all is looking good, next thing you know, you log out and cant connect anymore.. Connection lost, everything.
Nothing was changed on network, only a db entry for XP rate.

This is super super sensitive software without any clear warnings, it just stops working.
Anyone has these problems?
We all could connect from the outside, and suddenly.. gone!

Add swtich.exe, proxy.exe to your firewall, think they were the only two, even when the windows firewall is off somehow these still get blocked.

Good one, i'll try that.
Because now when i use extip in the global.ini no one can connect, but if i put my intip there we can connect through a ddns address.
from internal network that is, haven't had anyone tested it from outside yet.

If you have mates to play on your server and want to keep it private, use hamachi, that way you are all on the same private subnet. Then you use your hamachi IP in the global.ini

Yes we had that before, works like a charm.
But. it should also work with extip, i never had so much trouble making a server public.
I have no clue why it should not work on a dyndns or extip.. on both methods i get a connection lost..
If i put my intip in global, everyone in the house can connect..but outside not.. if i put extip or dyndns no one can login.. why is it not working on extip or dyndns?

Seems you have some problems with DB connection. Not sure, but check your configs for db connection.

your RA Monitor seens different between us...



so you can copy the Config.ini and RAServerController.ini from the .zip archive (\Runewaker\RA Server Controller) to C:\Runewaker\RA Server Controller because when you put this files before you install RA ServerController there will be overwrite.

Hello everyone. I have a problem I've been days trying to solve and no way.
I have an error with the NoCheckVersion command.
So what I have put into the shortcut:


"C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Runes of Magic \ Client.exe" NoCheckVersion


When I run the shortcut gives me black screen as if to enter the game and automatically closes again.


I have reinstalled 3 times and nothing.
