Add the EXE files to the firewall, or turn firewall off, windows firewall and if you have custom one with your virus checker. Also your mate can added client.exe to firewall rules too.

As for your xx.xx.xx.xx if you use hamachi you put in your hamachi IP address.

Also your mate and yourself, have to put the Hamachi IP in RuneDev.ini (remember to make it read only) and remember to edit the example runedev.ini that come with the server zip

Thanks it worked. Didnt knew, my mate needs to install hamachi aswell. Now he is able to connect :) One last question. Got some items stuck in my item queue. They dont get into my bag. Searched for a while now in the db files but cant find the place, where item queue is stored. Can I clear it somehow?

Ah yeah, I had that too, and can be fixed, but can't remember off the top of my head. When i did it, it was cause of a item that wasnt ment to drop into the bags. What is the ID of one or more of the Items do you know.

Redinferno. You need to re-read the steps i wrote in these forums about SQL. But during the setup of the SQL Server an instance name of SQLEXPRESS is made, as long as you kept that then when you install Management Studio you chose options to add tools to SQLEXPRESS. Else you will be making a new SQL Instance. You should learn how to correct this, cause understanding SQL is one big part of this RoM Server.

So I have installed everything and got it running. My Problem now is, that I can't get the GM accesses. When I use the given command nothing happens. I have already changed the managelv to 13 but still nothing happens. Anyone knows how to solve this?

2.3. Replace a "<PROCESS_KEY>" text in the "PlayerCenter.ini" file by encoded secret code.

To generate a secret code execute below command in a command line.

"C:\Runewaker\Server\Realm_01_Service\PlayerCenter.ini" "playercenter.ini"


An expected "Error" message will be displayed, it contains required code.
Next use "C:\Runewaker\Tools\RAPasswordEncode.exe" tool to encode the secret code.
Insert the secret code to a password field and "runewaker" to an account field (without quotation marks).
Press "Generator" button.[BOOT]

I used /gm 2013Runewaker_ROM0628 aswell as ? gmcommand on but still nothing happens

/gm ? 2013Runewaker_ROM0628 (? missed). It's first reason I can see.
Also you can press ctrl+x in game and look onto appeared string. If it would contains coords - you have gm rights, so problem not in it. Check it, please.

I used ctrl+x and it shows Pos (2672.7,48.2,969.3) Dir (233.8) if thats what you meant.

I should add that when I try to use the line /gm ? 2013Runewaker_ROM0628 as a macro nothing happens just as every other command I try to use in that way. I also don't get GM as chat when I use it as a macro, only when I type or copy the line into the chat.

Double check in the database that you are lvl 13. If it has gone back to 0 then log off, wait 10sec for the database to be updated, then change it to 13
The red coloured text in the chat box is after you type /gm
But isn't important.

If you have GMMenu then use it to change your clases to a GM class if that is what you are after.
