Updated DisableTag.ini

I spent a good portion of my day gathering as many tags as i could find and updated the Disabletag_enus.ini file.

Below is a copy of the format i put it in if anyone wants it, I even took the time to separate it by category and add reminder notes and examples into the file. I intentionally did not put in the Tags for anything that can be disabled using the ServerController (MiniGames/Instances/Zones).

The categories included are...

- Core Functions
- Guild / House
- Event / Festival
- Npc / World Boss
- Various Quests

Please note, it is currently set to enable the Pumpkin Festival, if you use this file make sure you update it the way you want before actually using it.

Of course!

After you unpack data.fdb with the extractor, you'll get a folder like this

just open disabletag.ini in your language, for example disabletag_enus.ini in Notepad++

and after that it's just copy and paste and highlighting your desired festival (just stick with the guide above)

ok in you download link romdb_editor the screen goes black cant work with anything ...as for the other you can extract it but the RUSSIAN who can understand it .??? every time i try to use it the client and server does not like it and will not load...

Ok i figured it out on how to use the tools ...but it still does not change the events in game ......

changed file in DATA.fdb to match this topic Minus the Halloween event and it will not change ....

ok i placed folder Data and cliluascript inside a folder called Data and then copyed my update file inside that , Still did not change .... i guess since i have never edited these before i have to be doing something wrong .... I have noticed that the data.fdb file is 3 times as large as the orginal is this normal?

what todo to change the festival:

1. you need to update the "specialEventFilter" inside "localization.ini" inside "update.inf"
&
2. you need to add an ";" in front of the festival ID you wanna run inside of "disabletag_XX.ini" (xx means your language setup!) inside " data" inside data.fdb.

I`m not trying to explain how to get the changes done since your problems focus on where to place the files!
The disabletag_XX.ini needs to be inside the data folder which is is your default game directory!

(ex.
c:/RoM/client.exe
c:/RoM/fdb/data.fdb
c:/RoM/data <- this is the folder you are looking for! (you need to create this folder)
c:/RoM/update.inf

& for the server:

c:/RoMServer/Zones/zone.exe
c:/RoMServer/resources/fdb/
c:/RoMServer/resource/wdb/
c:/RoMServer/resource/data/) <- this is the folder you are looking for! (you need to create this folder)

Well and since the update.inf is just a zip you have to make your changes inside the "localization.ini", save it, close the file and 7zip will automatically ask you if you wanna replace the old file version with yours.

I will tell how to change Festival event step by step. 4 things you need to do to change events and make it easyier.

1.unpack file disabletag_XX.ini from data.fdb,(XX means the country code you use. Use Program called FDB_Extractor2.exe)
2.open the file and find which festival you want to edit,and write a ; before the number.
Example: If I want helloween,change the code
from

to
;南瓜節

and save it.

3.Put disabletag_XX.ini in a new folder name data by itself.

4.Copy this data folder to both server side and client side.
Server side:put in Resource folder.  c:/Runewaker/resource/data/) <- Will be Used to change events, (you need to create this folder)
Client side:put in game folder. c:/Client/data <- Will be Used to change events, (you need to create this folder)

5.find update.inf in client, Open with Winzip extract the file localization.ini Use (password:tarubK2Vy5gT8Xo6) for the password, fix the 
 specialEventFilter= [EventFilterTitle] with one of the events below (example: specialEventFilter=chrismas). when your done changeing it to the event you like right click localization.ini Hit Winzip"Add to file" when it pops up change the Add to archive to point to update.inf in client folder hit add, In winzip click Tools - click encrypt zip file use this password (tarubK2Vy5gT8Xo6) close and recopy this file back to client.

6.find your country and edit this line:
specialEventFilter=the code of Festival you want. and yes you can add more then one!

7. After this is done make sure you have the following code turned on in Both of the NEW Data folders you created in Cleint and Server.
 here you can see we are using specialEventFilter=SpringRain Festival ;6  <-- the 6 is what you need to turn on in the disabletag_XX.ini
so in both files you would change both to match

remmeber the ; <-- Means ON

8 as for you Data.fdb you need to change your disabletag_XX.ini based on your country to have NO events turned ON ... This way the server and cleint when loaded will see the Data folder and Use the file inside ....

9. you are ready to start it all up after this you only need to change the 3 locations, Cleint Data folder , Server Data folder, and you need change localization.ini your client and server Country..... RESTART the server and you should be good....
