CPU usage of Zone.exe

hello,

in my servermonitor i saw there is a cpu Usage 1 / 99% / 100%.

if i understand this correctly the server is using 1 thread for the zones and this thread is in 99% usage?
if so, can i incrase the thread count for zones??
