Help re-Spawning

where is the re-spawn Value or rebirth what ever it is called where is it located in sql ?

Anyone... lets say i spawn a npc it dies when will it come back to the map ?

I think that value not in sql its in data base in old version the 32bit we where using rom_db_editor_0.4.8.2in new tool I'm not sure really

This "option" is in the npcobject.db...

so i went and chick just make file in Resource file call it Data and use the tool that call rom_db_editor_0.4.8.2 to change spawn time use this tool in data.fdb
