How to change server rates & Edit start package

Hey, How do you change server Rates, EXP/TP/Crafting/Gold i can't seem to find it..

And how to edit starter package, like make it give some diamonds and mount/etc
also i know there is a thread already about editing a vendor to add items, but i don't understand it cause luascripts aren't for the items inside it. trying to figure out those 3 things if you can help i would be so happy :D

1st one - world server db, server info table(or how it called, not sure). You can edit mob/quest exp, mob tp here.
I don't know, how to edit craft rate without editing of *.db files(or, may be, scripts).
Quests TP would require *.db or binary changes too.
Gold doesn't drop from mobs without *.db changes too, so ROM doesn't have something like gold rate.

Starter package - not sure, did it work via *.db or scripts, so you need to edit one of those things.


BTW, for most part of changes you could need db editor or knowledges in ROM lua API.
