when adding new quest i have to have many of the other quest done ... So how do i flag the quest so there all done ? Is there a way to turn them on or off so i can pick up the next quest chain, or to test to see if it works ?

Not sure I understand what you want to do. If you want to mark quest done in DB, you can do that as GM.

If you want to automate quest taking and receiving, use Streamline add on. Daily Quest for dailies also makes it just matter of clicking quest giver.

To find available quests for zone and know what is closest objective, use Quest Helper add on.
