some trouble with server RoM 6.0.7

hi
i got some trouble with my server :
1. when i creat character on gm acc i set in game lvl char 90 i give tp and set subclass after relog i lost every thing progres on character lvl is 1 no tp no subclass
2.i cant find how to add stats to item cuz i create clen item i maded it to 16 and added 4 sock but dont know how to generate it with stats.
3. how edit in sql valout <Binary data> ?
4. on movie in yt i saw somthing like GM Panel issome addon or what is it exacly .
