This is functionally the same as the old DFS to XLS editor as i lost the source to it.
Still requires Excel to be installed.

Im working on an editor for Scarlet blades dfs format as well.

Could you give me a tool usage or tutorial? I'm sorry, but I don't know how to use dfs -->xls converter.

Select dfs file
Select excel file
Select workbook from excel that matches dfs.
Click button to export data from dfs into excel file

I think they will not cope, because here we need more ready-made structures in Excel =))
Without knowing how the packing / unpacking of dragon resources works, it will be difficult, a simple unpacker does not work here.
