Is there any teaching?
Inside the Source Archive there is a folder called ServiceTest.
Inside this folder is a GameData folder.
Inside this folder is a DataTable Folder.
INside this folder is a CHT and KOR folders.
They have a program insude called DfsGameDataConverter
DfsGameDataConverter.exe
top button can be used to load CHT_DfsTable.xls
this will list all the xls files , dfs files, ,h files
Click on one of the files and the Third button on bottom packs the files into the dfs files
To translate you need to go into the xls directories and find the files you wish to translate and open them in excel.
the TextTable has the most stuff to translate
if you open the text.xls file you will have lots of tabs along the bottom.
if you go to Text_Monster
in column B4 the text there translates to Sea Dragon Turtle.
Thats all I figured out so far.

It is very simple : Data > Config > DevConfig.xml (ServerIP = "192.168.200.129")

You have to manually add ip (Server) in DrgonaAccount >dbo > tbl_ServerList > Billing1 (192.168.200.129)
