All the resources needed to translate the client are inside this section. As to your other question, since the source code is freely available it will be more difficult to "encrypt" the client. You could ofcourse change the packed file password but that requires you to be able to compile and use the source code.

How about searching the Release section. There is a new Release with translation tools and dfs files.
You honestly need to follow the rules and use Search before posting.
Take more than a minute to actually examine ALL the threads in the Release section. If you can't find the information and "working" links, you need to start reading the threads again.
