Be sure you start over following the Comm Ed Release, download Update1.rar, Update2.rar and basesrc.rar again today (This guarantees those 3 files which were updated are correct).
Follow Step 1 through to the end in the Comm Ed Release thread.
And then, be sure you've read the Tutorial thread that shows you what ports are used both locally and publicly, but be absolutely sure you only open the "public" ports and not the "private" ports in that Tutorial.
