how to compile the server ?

If you can't even compile it, then stop here i guess.
This doesn't look like "ready to use" server files.

Hey just a little question, how does the server know when someone has been shot? I've been looking through the source but can't find the packet for it?

First you need to change the settings IP.
Then you need to download and configure Maven
Then click buildAll.cmd

If you can't even compile it, then stop here i guess.
This doesn't look like "ready to use" server files.

ok we need some help plz (after setup maven and compiled the server with new ip and new setting it shows like this when i run the server)

You need to configure your environment variables, JAVA_HOME and PATH.

JAVA_HOME must contain the path to java, and you should add %JAVA_HOME%\bin to PATH

Alternatively, you can simply add to your PATH the whole path to the bin folder, without the JAVA_HOME variable, however, this makes a little more annoying when you need to have more than one java version on your machine (that way you only need to change JAVA_HOME and don't even bother with PATH)
